The Aotearoa Osteoarthritis Guidebook and Osteoarthritis Booklet is a resource that has been co-designed with New Zealanders living with osteoarthritis (OA), as well as clinicians and researchers who specialise in managing the condition. It is designed to help those living with OA understand their condition and learn the main management options available to them so they can live well with OA. The OA guidebook is a tool to help guide conversations with health professionals about OA and their condition so that care is tailored to their needs, interests and concerns.
Both versions are available as a free eBook. Services can place a bulk order of the guidebook or booklet for use with patients (see instructions below).
